Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain lease administration and financial management procedures.
* Update and manage tenancy schedules.
* Prepare draft monthly reports, including financial analysis.
* Monitor and manage expenses related to leases, contracts, and maintenance.
* Follow up on arrears and escalate issues as necessary.
* Assist in the preparation and finalization of leases with the legal team.
* Ensure compliance with all leases within the portfolio.
* Maintain property information and administration using MRI software.
* Conduct tenant reconciliations and assist with facilities management.
* Raise and process invoices via the work order system.
* Prepare tenders for major contracts within the portfolio.
* Set up and manage new leases in MRI.
* Maintain up-to-date registers of legal documents, bank guarantees, sales figures, insurances, and rent reviews.

Requirements:

* Prior experience in property management or a related field is highly preferred.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Proficiency in MRI software or similar property management systems.
* Registered Property Manager preferred; otherwise, registration must be completed within the first 6 months of employment.
