**Your opportunity**

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and people-oriented Information and Communication Technology (ICT) officer, to join our Support services team located in Spring Hill. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include offering technology assistance to Lives Lived Well, contributing to the implementation of ICT projects and training, efficiently resolving problems, and acquiring ICT assets.

**Responsibilities will also include, but not limited to**:

- Provide general technology support to staff, students, volunteers, and contractors across Lives Lived Well (LLW).
- Hands-on involvement working at LLW’s various sites to ensure high quality working ICT infrastructure and solutions for staff.
- Maintain and improve LLW’s internal systems by undertaking systems support and development activities, including providing advice and troubleshooting existing systems.
- Participate in ICT projects contributing technical skills and working collaboratively toward on the goals of the project.

This will be a hybrid full-time role based in Spring hill Brisbane. The base salary will range from 65-70k per annum, including base salary, salary packaging, Superannuation, and 5 additional days of paid Wellbeing Leave.

**What you’ll bring**

To succeed in this role, there are some essentials you’ll need.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Information Technology. We encourage graduates to apply
- General IT knowledge across software, hardware, networking, and ICT solutions.
- Problem solving skills and ability to work on and resolve complex tasks.
- Ability to communicate with and foster working relationships across the LLW team.
- General knowledge of databases, desktop, query languages and reporting.

**While not essential, we’d also love you to have**:

- Experience in Microsoft PowerApps and SharePoint
