**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Key responsibilities include:

- Leadership and mentoring of the finance team.
- Providing management accounting expertise and overseeing financial reporting processes.
- Preparing monthly and quarterly management accounts.
- Offering insights and analyses to stakeholders, advising on budget re-forecasting and variance analysis.
- Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Using initiative and problem-solving skills to enhance financial systems.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- CPA qualification.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in management accounting, with a focus on leadership.
- Strong theoretical accounting knowledge and advanced Excel spreadsheeting skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
