Our client seeks a Senior Stakeholder Engagement Advisor to join them on a permanent basis.

Key Accountabilities include:

- Work with other members of the engagement team on the planning, development, and implementation of strategic stakeholder engagement plans for programs, projects and initiatives.
- Undertake specific stakeholder outreach initiatives, dialogue and other forms of engagement to understand key concerns and issues and help inform next steps in program development
- Develop and maintain strong external relationships with industry bodies, jurisdictions and other stakeholders
- Build meaningful internal relationships to advise program areas on stakeholder engagement status, strategies and emerging issues to support strategic decision processes
- Develop responsive information for stakeholders along with program narratives and compelling content for all channels, including presentations for engagement forums.
- Monitor, track and report on stakeholder sentiment and feedback

Experience required:

- Proven track record of effective stakeholder engagement or community engagement, preferably in organisations within a regulatory environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong network of influential stakeholder contacts.
- High level analytical skills, with an ability to deal with complex matters and lead tasks as required.
- Advanced verbal communication skills and the ability to influence and form effective relationships with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
- Advanced written communication skills paired with a strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to prepare succinct and accurate written material for a range of platforms - including policy document summaries, PowerPoint presentations, social media copy, website copy
- Digital communications capability
- Strong ability to multitask and work across teams on several programs.
