**THE ROLE**
Reporting to the MD, and working minimum 25 hours per week, you will take care of the day-to-day finance and business admin functions of Harrisons including:

- Coordinate finance and accounts responsibilities and monitor productivity, including:

- setup quotes, jobs and clients in WorkflowMax, Xero and SharePoint based on approved proposals and project plans for job costing
- invoice clients based on approved proposals using WorkflowMax and Xero
- send supplier invoices to Hubdoc/Xero for bank rec
- support accountant and bookkeeper as required eg provide receipts and invoices, new employee information
- review of timesheets prior to fortnightly payroll and invoicing
- Xero and WorkflowMax performance reporting
- HR support including onboarding new employees, new employee setup in WFM, Xero and SharePoint.
- Business admin - facilities, insurances, maintenance, IT, SharePoint/Office 365.
- Admin support to MD.

**ABOUT YOU**
As the Finance & Admin Officer you’ll love the numbers and getting them right As well as interacting with people, being helpful in nature, and enjoy planning and juggling for competing and changing priorities.
- Previous experience as a finance/admin officer/manager preferably in professional services.
- Advanced Office 365 skills.
- System experience - SharePoint, Xero, WorkflowMax/Xero Practice Manager, and a CRM.
- A finance/business qualification is well regarded.
