**About the Role**

Workskil Australia is excited to introduce a brand-new role to the organisation

As the Progress Payment Manager, you will be responsible for being the organisational Subject Matter Expert on Progress Payments in the Workforce Australia Service, providing advice and support to Workforce Australia Teams.

The role will also see you supervising a small team of Progress Payment Consultants who will support sites to identify and obtain documentary evidence for Progress Payments.

**This role is being offered on a full time, ongoing basis and will be located in our Adelaide CBD office.**

**About You**

To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate:

- Ability to interpret reports and use that data to identify opportunities for improvement;
- Ability to interpret complex guidelines and develop simple instruction in procedures or training for staff to understand;
- Understanding of barriers to employment for disadvantaged individuals and communities;
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong administration skills, time management practices and highly organised; and
- Knowledge of the accredited training sector.

You will also be required to:

- Minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development;
- Demonstrate Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and ability to type (minimum 30 words per minute); and
- Have a minimum of two years’ experience in Employment Services.

**Remuneration**

A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging.
