About the Role

Exciting career opportunities exist for high performing, highly motivated, proactive & experienced Assistant Managers to join the Seriosuly Social Group at the Duke of Brunswick Hotel. As an Assistant Manager you will be responsible for supporting the Venue Manager in successfully operating a multimillion dollar business and will have the opportunity to support and grow the business to meet the market demands though your own initiatives.

The successful applicant will be energetic, enthusiastic, minimum of 1 year in a similar management role and will need to demonstrate:

- an understanding of the expectations of an Assistant Manager in a complex hospitality setting
- proven success in a hospitality management role, ideally with functions, bars & food
- the ability to lead, manage, train and direct a large multi-skilled team
- an entrepreneurial spirit and the drive for creating sustainable long-term business success

**Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, nights and weekends**

Current RSA and RSG are essential

Availability to work a rotating weekly roster over that covers days/nights & weekends

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Adelaide CBD, SA 5000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
