**Location **:Collingwood, VIC or Surry Hills, NSW

We prioritise diversity, equity, and inclusion across our offices worldwide and value our individual employees. With 250+ staff globally, we're rapidly expanding. We provide temporary and permanent recruitment for educators in Early Childhood and Schools sectors. Supporting educators from early career through to senior/executive positions.

**About your role**

Our International Recruitment team are born storytellers who love to share their own travel and/or teaching experiences. If you are passionate about travel and enjoy building strong relationships this could be the role for you

**Skills and experience**
- Recruitment experience is not a prerequisite, however prior travel to the UK is ideal
- Experience teaching or working overseas (UK or Aus) is ideal
- Demonstrate, lead and drive accountability of our core values and the provision of an exceptional service
- Education market knowledge and experience - ideal, but not essential
- Outstanding communication skills and demonstrated history of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Work across different time zones, including Australia, UK, New Zealand, Canada and America
- Have a growth mindset and drive to succeed
- Experience of Public speaking and hosting outside of work hours webinars and social events
