RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and actively encourage a team of Admissions Counsellors through coaching, professional development, recognition and the creation of a stimulating work environment.
- Manage multi-channel admissions requests and their conversion into admissions.
- Monitor performance indicators (enrollment, employee satisfaction and student satisfaction) on a daily basis.
- Define and ensure the achievement of monthly and annual sales objectives and implement the necessary corrective measures with admissions agents and advisors.
- Supervise agents and advisors to ensure that they follow up regularly and effectively with registered and active students.
- Ensure the daily follow-up on the various activities at admissions, and produce results reports for the management, on a weekly basis (leads, appointments, interviews, registrations);
- Assist the Global Strategic Admissions Management team in the registration process for international students.
- Be proactive and involved in the recruitment of all team members.
- Participate in the development of recruitment objectives by territory (local, national and international) and implement measures to promote the achievement of the objectives set in terms of student recruitment.
- Conduct listening and observation sessions with clients, on an ongoing basis, to ensure the excellence of the service offered and the accuracy of the information provided.
- Identify training and coaching needs for each member of your team.
- Initiate and actively participate in work improvement and process documentation projects.
- Plan and manage outreach activities such as school visits, open days/nights, recruitment expos etc. and conduct thorough follow-ups post-activities to enhance conversion rates.
- Regularly engage with the local leadership team to get the insights and feedback and align with local expectations, such as but not limited to participating to the local team meetings.
- Any other tasks required by your supervisor.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- University education, preferably in the field of business administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales in a fast-paced company.
- Experience in higher education student recruitment would be advantageous alongside a professional customer service attitude.
- Experience in managing a team.
- Focused on sales results.
- Computer literacy, working knowledge of MS Office.
- Knowledge of CRM software would be an asset.
