**Admin Assistant / Receptionist - Skintech Medical Cosmetic Laser Clinic**

For more than 30 years, we have been at the forefront of the aesthetic skin industry led by our medical director Dr Ben Chan. Our experienced medical team undergo strict training and ongoing evaluation to ensure you experience the highest standard of treatments.

**Reports to**:Operations Manager

**Primary Function**: Assisting Operations Manager on day to day task and stock management.

**Secondary Function**:Assisting front desk and customer service support.

**Responsibilities** will include:

- Man reception desk, answer telephone calls, make appointments, manage payments and invoicing.
- Administrative duties include maintaining records, stock ordering and management, reconciling takings, and general accountability with regards to front desk operations.
- Data management tasks including ensuring that client notes, medical records, and photo records are up to date and stored securely.
- Provide simple in-clinic consultations. Welcome clients and discuss their desires and requirements; suggest suitable treatments (if needed)
- Exercise all care to achieve client satisfaction through professional, personalised treatments and individual service to all clients
- Maintain a clean working environment with regards to the reception desk area, waiting areas, conference rooms and staff pantry. Ensuring a clutter free workplace, in line with OH&S procedures.
- Contribute to clinic business development and customer service initiatives.
- Communicate with colleagues regarding product feedback, clients etc.
- Ensure that in-store merchandising is displayed attractively and in line with supplier recommendations.
- Ensure that any clients complaints are dealt tactfully, escalating to the Manager where necessary for a positive outcome.

**Essential** qualifications and experience:

- Tertiary education.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer and internet skills.
- Previous experience in a reception, administrative or sales role
- Solution focused, goal driven and customer oriented
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to multi-task
- Confident in a multi-cultural environment
- Good command of English (Written & Spoken)

**Desired **qualities**:

- Passion for the aesthetics and beauty industry
- A second language (preferably Mandarin & Cantonese)
- Be a down to earth person with a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
