We are currently seeking a **Quality and Regulatory Compliance Associate** to join our small and tight knit team on a permanent fulltime basis in either Brisbane, QLD or Perth, WA. In this role, you will be assisting with the required documentation and process of all product recalls, safety alerts, and product notifications. This will involve coordinating the necessary administrative tasks surrounding investigations, reporting, and finalising of documentation.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and follow up on documentation
- Monitor, update, and provide data to the relevant stakeholders during investigations and day to day operations of QRC activities
- Provide administrative support to the QRC team to ensure compliance is maintained
- Assist with Supplier documentation to ensure that all suppliers comply with the relevant requirements.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience working within Compliance of Medical Devices or Technology
- Understanding of the Recall process within Medical Devices and the Legislation with Reporting
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
- Highly organised, effective time management and coordination skills
