Our client is a part of Australia's most reputable and successful Real Estate Brands, within their North Richmond based office, they host a team of enthusiastic, industry professionals.

**Please note: You must hold a valid certificate of Registration / completed an Assistant Agent Course in NSW**

**About the Role**:

- Liaise with vendors and buyers to ensure they are receiving quality real estate services
- Provide end-to-end administrative support
- Assist in conducting open homes and private buyer inspections
- Research and identify new listing opportunities
- Daily support of sales-based activities including but not limited to phone prospecting
- Assisting in the follow up of sales contracts and other documentation between exchange and settlement
- Provide accurate and seamless diary management for team
- Respond for and on behalf of sales team in a timely fashion
- Coordination of site meetings and building inspections
- Provide support and admin to the Director of Operations
- Generation of marketing collateral such as brochures, price list, master plans, community event campaigns, property signage and property photoshoot coordinations
- Manage social media and other platforms of advertising where required
- Maintain and manage all data entry into CRM and sales software

**About you**:

- 2 + years experience of Administration within the Real Estate Industry in a similar capacity
- Current Certificate of Registration in Real Estate or Real Estate Licence will be highly regarded
- Must have strong attention to detail and be able to catch on to procedures and policy easily
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fantastic organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure whilst managing multiple projects
- An ability to work autonomously and is trustworthy
- Advanced skills in MS Office and basic skills in Adobe Creative Suite
- Must own a car and hold a current driver's license
