About the role:
As the Performance & Reward Manager, reporting to the Performance & Reward Lead, your role acts as a strategic partner to the Dexus P&C team and key Dexus team members to ensure the company’s Performance and Reward strategy and framework, governance, processes and systems are implemented in line with the strategic goals of the company. As key enablers of the success of our businesses, driving both team and individual performance at all levels of the organisation,.

Critical to the role is the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to design and deliver solutions in relation to performance, reward and workforce design. In this context, the incumbent will hold an influential position in Dexus.

How will you make an impact:

- Develop, design and implement performance templates and reward plans, tailored to business requirements and funds structures including sales and distribution.
- Trusted advisor to line managers and the P&C community on performance, remuneration and job architecture matters.
- Expertise in remuneration governance, regulations, tax, superannuation and industry/market practice.
- Prepare and present reports for the Head of P&C, executives, and the board.
- Design, operate and review incentive plans including carried interest plans and similar, payment distributions, points reallocations.
- Responsible for driving and supporting annual performance and remuneration review processes (shared with another team member).
- Establish bespoke retention arrangements as required.
- Support the business with market benchmarking and industry remuneration insights
- Driving a performance-orientated culture across the organisation led by People Leaders

About You:

- Thought leader, including the ability to synthesise business priorities, external leading practice and existing approaches to design and implement practical performance and reward initiatives and plans that drive business performance.
- Stakeholder management skills - able to influence in a collaborative, impactful and trustworthy manner.
- Demonstrable understanding of the linkages between performance, reward, job design and other levers to drive business outcomes.
- A track record of effective governance management and continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills, with the ability to produce insights that drive effective decisions.
- Able to balance strategic and operational deliverables, progressing multiple project and BAU deliverables simultaneously.
- Able to simplify and streamline remuneration processes to provide an excellent employee experience.
