Our **Customer Collaboration Demand Planner **position is based in **Sydney**, and reports into the **S&OP Manager, **and is the front line of our customer relationship within the Supply Chain.

You will be responsible for building a customer IBP forecast, a key input into the S&OP process and business strategy. Through S&OE, with a fearless and collaborative mentality, you will partner within the supply chain team to drive operational excellence.

**Responsibilities**:
With our **consumers at the heart**, your key focus will be:

- Demand Planning:_
- Drive collaboration and partnership with the National Account Managers to understand promotions, pricing, and other factors that may impact demand.
- Be responsible for the monthly customer/channel Volume Clinics, bringing factors such as forecast performance, seasonality, market trends, and historical data to the demand planning process.
- Managing forecast changes in the IBP planning system
- Sales and Operational Execution (S&OE):_
- Report forecast changes, TISP and Bias results into the S&OE to ensure demand, inventory and supply plans are aligned in the fixed horizon, and any operational constraints or trade-offs resolved.
- Support Planning through weekly review of volume variances. React to short term demand fluctuations & provide insight on stock, changes to distribution & buy-in phasing to help interpret stock flow patterns & take preventative measures on stock outs. Using this insight, place emphasis for mid/longer term corrective & systemic action plans to prevent recurrence (right-first time forecast)
