The Allied Health Services Leader will be responsible for leading and developing high quality holistic services, assessment, information, and support to the MS Queensland community. This role will be responsible for providing quality community-based services including home and communitybased assessments, living skills training, home modifications and equipment prescription including formal assessment, recommendations, and reports. This will include both internal assessments as well as those required by external bodies such as the NDIS or other stakeholders.

This role is a hybrid (WFH and office) permanent full-time opportunity.

**Additionally, you will**:

- Explore opportunities for new initiatives, opportunities in Allied Health Services
- Develop and maintain key relationships with stakeholders and community relevant to the Allied Health Services on behalf of MSQ
- Develop and implement a fit for purpose Allied Health Service Delivery Model which can be scaled up for business expansion
- Ensure the effective and efficient management of data systems used for service delivery and internal reports
- Ability to manage complex cases and work with the team and customer to identify a resolution
- Lead, coach and empower team members to successfully deliver upon their functional objectives

**About you**:

- Relevant Occupational Therapy tertiary qualifications and/or minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Current registration with Australian Health Practitioners Registration Authority (AHPRA)
- Proven experience of leading teams, including remote and mobile team members
- An astute motivator, able to foster genuine and positive relationships with others.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills can interpret a broad range of information including performance data, contracts, and deeds
- Strong work ethics and personal integrity to provide leadership and be a role model
- Supports a high-performance culture through setting, monitoring, and measuring achievement of objectives.

**A NDWS clearance, Blue Card, Police Check and completion of NDIS Online Worker Training Module will be required for this role (prior to commencement).**
