Medical Administration Officer/personal Assistant

**About the Business**

The Queensland Rehabilitation Specialists are a leading provider in inter-disciplinary rehabilitation, with our central rooms located in Woolloongabba, Brisbane. Our allied health and medical providers specialise in the assessment and management of chronic pain and injury rehabilitation.

**About the Role**:

- Provide professional support to the Director
- Co-ordination and management of personal and work schedule
- Co-ordination of personal and business travel
- Run out of office errands
- General administrative support
- Work closely with the Practice Manager and Administration Team to ensure seamless operation of the practice as a whole
- Opportunity for education on medical conditions and procedures

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Experience in a medical administration or PA/EA role
- Ability to work without supervision as well as within a team
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- High level of confidentiality and integrity
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to problem solve
- Experience and interest in the health field is desired

**Salary**: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Administration/PA: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Covid vaccine (required)

Work Location: In person
