We are looking for Full Time, Monday to Friday, multi-skilled administration assistant.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing incoming orders.
- Generate and maintain accurate Invoicing for clients.
- Processing purchase orders.
- Assisting Sales Team.
- Updating Social media and website.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must have basic accounting/bookwork experience.
- Strong attention to details and problem solving skills.
- Abilitity to multi-task in fast pace enviroment.
- Customer service skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
