**About the Role...**

We have an exciting opportunity for a community focused individual to join our Positive Ageing team as the CHSP Transport Rostering and Coordinator. This position is responsible for the coordination, rostering, booking and administration of Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) funded transport services and volunteers in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.

The CHSP funded transport service includes volunteer and sub-contractors supporting eligible City of Playford residents with their transport needs, including transport to/from social activities, medical appointments, assisted shopping trips and transport delivery of frozen meals.

Another key accountability of this position is to support the day-to-day coordination of volunteer drivers to meet service, organisational and legislative requirements.

This role will be required to work across 5 days from 9:00am-1:30pm.

Incumbents in this position may be required to possess or be willing to gain a National Criminal History Clearance.

Additionally, you will have previous experience in the rostering and administration of community transport programs and coordinating volunteers.

The successful applicant should hold relevant qualifications and/or experience in Community Services, Volunteer Management or Business Administration.
