Information Support Officer

**The Information Support Officer key responsibilities are**:
- Identify and analyse information management issues and recommend and implement acceptable solutions. Provide advice on a variety of recordkeeping related matters to a range of internal and external clients including recordkeeping practice queries. Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of recordkeeping tools, procedures, online help material and knowledge base articles to ensure they reflect best practice and support a compliant recordkeeping framework. Provision of queue management for incidents and requests and be the escalation point for user access requests and recordkeeping system incidents. Conduct user acceptance testing of recordkeeping systems including post patch rollout testing. Implement system changes including business classification scheme and caveat changes.
