Your new job
The Clinical Implementation Facilitator will play a critical role the implementation of Orygen Digital’s MOST platform in Western Australia to augment the mental health support young people receive from these services. The Clinical Implementation Facilitator will engage with mental health services in providing significant onboarding, training, and ongoing support of services and their staff.
Reporting to the Clinical Implementation Lead WA you will:

- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with service leaders and staff in the partnering services and gather feedback from within services about the implementation and use of MOST.
- Actively liaise with service staff to support the implementation of MOST, utilising an ‘embedded’ model in which Facilitators are encourages to spent regular scheduled time at participating services.
- Respond to questions and enquiries from service staff relating to the implementation and use of the MOST platform and service model.
- Contribute to the design of training material and other materials

What you’ll need
You are passionate, energetic and determined to make a difference to health and wellbeing outcomes for young people. The following criteria must be met for consideration for this position:

- Fully qualified Psychologist, Social Worker, accredited mental health Occupational Therapist or other mental health professional with eligibility for appropriate membership with accredited registering body.
- Experience working in youth mental health services and a passion for digital health services.
- Experience in training and/or public communication and experience supporting the implementation of new initiatives within a clinical context.
- Ability to build and develop very strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll get in return
- Salary package between $97,000 - $107,000 pro rata commensurate with skills and experience + 11% super + NFP salary packaging up to $15,900 + $2,600 meals and entertainment card.
