Qualification required
- Travel industry diploma-level qualification or equivalent industry experience

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to
- Booking cruises, flights, hotels, transfers and other items through the MSC booking systems (DTS and Cruise Manager)
- Sourcing airfares with competitive carriers through the GDS (Amadeus)
- Following up on quotes and potential bookings
- Booking and managing Fly Cruise Packages, liaising with the group’s department where necessary
- Processing payments through MSC’s booking systems
- Liaising with departments in Head Office to assist with passenger queries and requests
- Assisting clients with webpage issues or escalating queries where necessary
- Daily maintenance of personal and Reservations inboxes (rotational)
- Resolving client queries with inter-departmental assistance
- Assisting the Marketing department with expos
- Meeting KPIs on a periodic basis
- Attending weekly meetings to improve processes and discuss issues within the workplace
- Demonstrating commitment to OHS, WHS and QA
