We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Cruise Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team at Flight Centre Travel Group.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for effectively selling cruise holidays including packages to travel agents, building strong relationships with our agents and ensuring you are their go-to expert for all travel needs.
  • Confidently booking cruises, flights, accommodations, touring, and more.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service that keeps our customers coming back time and time again.

About You:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in the retail or wholesale cruise/travel industry is essential.
  • Proven track record of working in a customer-facing environment and meeting sales targets.
  • Comprehensive computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Familiarity with GDS systems is a must.
