The Grants Lead supports and contributes to VicHealth continuing to be a global leader in health promotion by bringing together systems thinking and high-quality project and procurement management skills to our health promotion capacity.
We're excited to be recruiting for a permanent Grants Lead position, located within our Future Healthy Group.
For the past decade, VicHealth's work has been guided by an integrated 10-year action agenda. As we continue to deliver the Future Healthy strategy over the next 18 months, this role will be pivotal as we reimagine and redefine our grants, partnership and delivery for greater impact and to even better serve and deliver for all Victorians.
This position reports directly to the Manager, Partnerships, Delivery & Investment and works in close partnership with other members of the Future Healthy Group and other units across VicHealth.
The ability to manage stakeholders, projects, and events to tight timelines, as well as use initiative, problem solve, and work collaboratively within a strong team environment, will all be primary factors that we will be looking for.

**Qualifications and experience required**:

- Relevant qualifications, or substantive experience working in a grant management role
- Demonstrated capability and experience in designing, implementing and managing all facets of a grant round including documentation development and management, delivery through an information technology system, resource management, internal and external communication, collaboration, work-flow development and delivery, timelines and deadlines.
- Experience with systems-based approaches in supporting the design of initiatives and activities
- Experience in supervising/coaching team members preferable
