About the Role

The Mobile and Crawler Crane Division of Liebherr Australia are seeking an experienced, professional and customer focussed Regional Service Coordinator to work out of our Victorian branch in Dandenong South.

Reporting to the National Service Manager as part of the Aftersales team, this role is responsible for Coordinating the activities and leading the Liebherr technical team in Victoria whilst providing the highest level of customer service to owners and operators.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support and leadership to our Victorian major repair facility.
- Scheduling of works with Customers.
- Provide high level of proactive Customer Service
- Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Liaise with Customers to solve disputes.
- Hands on and active participation in day-to-day operations
- Control the day-to-day scheduling of Field and Workshop Technicians and resources.
- Provide technical advice to Crane Owners and Operators
- Coordination of warranty and product improvement works.
- Investigate technical and service-related requests to assist Customers.
- Liaise with our German factory regarding technical, warranty and product improvements.

**About you**:

- Technical experience with Liebherr Mobile Cranes is an advantage.
- Must be highly Customer Service focused.
- Proven Coordination experience in a mechanical repair and service environment
- Demonstrated entry level commercial understanding.
- Trade qualifications in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline
- A current driver’s licence.
- Flexible approach to meet the needs of the business.
- Ability to read, write and speak German will be advantageous.
