**The Opportunity**

You will join the newly established Consumables Procurement team who is responsible for having the right internal and external supply chain in place to support growth and profit targets. You will have a great opportunity impacting the future direction for the supply chain strategy for Consumables.

The Procurement Business Partner role is a pivotal position responsible for ensuring the right supply chain strategy and procurement processes are in place to support the growth and profit targets of the Consumables business line. Consumables, such as screen panels, trommel screens, flotation rotors, and other parts, represent a significant growth potential for the company. The role involves collaborating closely with internal stakeholders from various departments, including Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and the Consumables Team, as well as engaging with both current and new suppliers externally.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the entire supply chain and procurement process for specific products, analyzing and optimizing costs, improving lead times and supplier on-time delivery, contributing to the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process, and participating in various projects aligned with the manager's objectives. This role directly impacts the company’s ability to efficiently acquire the necessary components and materials for their products, ultimately influencing the company's growth, profitability, and competitive positioning.

- Relevant BSc or MSc degree or deep practical experience.
- Strong communication skills in English both orally and writing
- You thrive to work in a technically and organizationally complex business environment.
- You can work independently and are not afraid to challenge the as is way of working.
- You have an entrepreneurial and pragmatic mindset and are ready to challenge the status quo.
- Intermediate skills in MSOffice Suite essential, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
