**My Client**:
My client takes the time to build relationships with their customers and staff. **You**:
This is an opportunity for a highly efficient, organised Client Services Manager. This role would suit someone who enjoys working with clients and providing exceptional customer service. You will have the attitude that 'teamwork comes first' and you are ready to assist where ever needed. You will pride yourself on your accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.

**The role's duties will include but will not be limited to:

- **
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Ensuring clients are accommodated prior to meetings
- Preparing meeting rooms
- Collecting and distributing mail
- Maintaining client management database
- Creating and maintaining client groups for marketing purposes
- Scheduling meetings for clients with planners
- Maintaining a clean and tidy office space
- Ordering and maintaining required level of stationary
- Preparing client meeting packs

**Skills and experience**
- Strong experience in Office Administration
- Track record in time management and the ability to multitask
- Superb communication and written skills

- Excellent word and excel skills
- A positive work attitude
