Our client is an established Melbourne-based business with a big reputation for delivering landscape construction packages on some of VIC's largest commercial and civil projects.

This formidable outfit in the landscaping industry has built a strong and tight-knit crew of 80+ staff, who continue to pump out projects to the highest quality.

They have a big emphasis on company culture and will only compliment the business with like-minded professionals in the landscaping industry.

They deliver work for large Builders and Tier 1 Contractors. Typical projects are valued from $200k - $10m, where they have a history of delivering sports facilities, schools, universities, hospitals, hotels etc.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

This organisation has set a true benchmark in the landscaping construction sector and this is your chance to join the team and to put your stamp on these projects.

You will work collaboratively with an experienced and proven Project Manager, inherit a trusted Leading Hand and crew of qualified and hardworking personnel, and work closely with clients to deliver the goods.

**THE DUTIES**
- Read and interpret plans
- Site set out
- Procurement of materials, equipment and resources
- Subcontractor management
- WHS implementation
- Quality control
- Oversee and delegate duties to Trades & Labour
- Liaise with clients
- Mentor Apprentices
- Report in collaboration with a Project Manager
- Cost tracking and forecasting

**BACKGROUND**
- 2-3 years as a Foreman
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture
- Experience on commercial, residential or civil landscaping projects
- Drivers license
