They deliver work for a diverse range of clients, including Developers, Architects, Local Councils, Tier 1 Contractors and Government Bodies.

Typical projects are valued from $200k - $5m, where they have a history of delivering sports facilities, public domain works, foreshores, open space parks and playgrounds.


THE OPPORTUNITY

You will work collaboratively with an experienced and proven Project Manager, inherit a trusted Leading Hand and crew of qualified and hardworking personnel, and work closely with clients to deliver the goods.

THE DUTIES

  • Read and interpret plans

  • Quality control
  • Oversee and delegate duties to Trades & Labour
  • Liaise with clients
  • Mentor Apprentices
  • Report in collaboration with a Project Manager
  • Cost tracking and forecasting

BACKGROUND

  • 23 years as a Foreman
  • Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture
  • Experience on commercial, residential or civil landscaping projects
  • Drivers license
