We are currently seeking landscape workers to join our small, well established construction landscaping business. We have multiple positions available for experienced landscapers and landscape labourers.

Churchill Landscape Group Pty Ltd is a company that focuses on all aspects of landscaping soft and hardscapes within the commercial sector. We have multiple projects at hand and require labourers/landscapers for various sites. Previous experience in landscaping and concreting will be desirable but not essential.

The role:

You will be working within a small team under direction from experienced commercial landscaper, undertaking hard and soft landscaping. Work undertaken includes benching and levelling, planting, paving, concreting, irrigation, Turf and planter box set up.

We can offer great opportunity for someone looking to build an exciting and rewarding career in the landscape construction business.


Job Requirements:

  • Must be punctual/reliable, selfmotivated and have exceptional attention to detail
  • Have an interest in landscaping and construction
  • Good communication skills and ability to work within a small team environment
  • Physically fit, undertake manual work.
  • Have a positive and upbeat attitude to work
  • Bobcat/Excavator license desirable but not essential.

Job Type:

We offer casual employment at award wage rates or subcontract work under your ABN number.

There will be opportunity for progression and promotion within the company as you develop.

Licence/Certification:

  • Australian driver's licence (preferred) and own vehicle transport as the job locations will be at work sites throughout Melbourne
  • White Card will be required
