**Our Client**

Our client is a National Catering Group that have a diverse portfolio of managed sites and large scale activations. They are looking for an experienced hospitality Human Resource professional to oversee the continued operational sustainability and evolution of the group.

If you are looking for a senior opportunity to drive positive change and work on a range of exciting new projects, we would love to hear from you. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and determined HR leader to step into a highly operational role with a lot of moving parts. In this role you will lead a team of committed HR Business Partners to deliver a broad suite of people strategies and solutions for the group. Your team is responsible for building key stakeholder partnerships, providing advice on employee and industrial relations, workforce planning and of course the A to Z of recruitment.

To be considered for this role, you’ll possess the following skills and/or qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Senior Human Resources Manager within the hospitality, retail or corporate sector
- Complete understanding of regulatory compliance relevant to Industrial Relations, the Fair Work Act and HIGA
- A desire to build an inclusive, positive and outcome focused culture
- The creation and implementation of training and development initiatives
- Time management skills and a meticulous attention to detail
- A strategic mindset with the ability to deliver on short, medium and long term objectives
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders and multiple Department Heads
