**About the role**
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Accounts Officer to join our finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will provide support to the wider finance team across accounting, finance and administrative duties. Starting immediately, the role is full-time Monday to Friday with general working hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Accurate and timely data entry of financial information for Accounts Payable and Receivables
- Monitor and review debt collection
- Daily cash receipting
- Coordinate and manage EFT payments
- Support the Finance team in any ad hoc duties as required

**Skills and Experience**
- Ideally 2+ years’ experience in general finance or AP/AR
- Well organised and reliable
- Strong interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively
- Ability to prioritise and multitask
- Strong computer skills
- Sound excel skills
