Your New Company/Role:

As one of the established and renowned growing organizations, my client is looking for an experienced Accounts Officer to join their team due to remarkable growth. This is a temporary full time opportunity. The role is for 8 weeks and subject to extension and potential to go permanent.

About the Opportunity / Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to a supportive and nurturing Manager. This role will involve tasks such as processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, and providing support to the finance manager.

  • Process invoices and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial statements
  • Assist with payroll processing and other finance-related tasks
  • Coordination and working with all levels of management including Directors
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

    Ideal Profile

    To contribute their valuable knowledge and experience within the Accounting function:

    • Previous experience in an accounting or finance-related role preferred
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
    • Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally Oracle NetSuite (highly desirable)
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • Excellent communication skills
