**The Role**:

- Answering and directing all phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Greeting incoming clients.
- Typing and formatting of documents for managers and technical staff.
- Accurately prepare and process invoices.
- Manage the office operation, this includes liaising with the Office Manager, ordering supplies, respond to general daily facilities maintenance issues.
- Assist with Marketing and growth of our business.
- Coordination of events.
- General administration duties.
- Maintaining office, kitchen and boardroom for general cleanliness and order.
- Flexibility to assist with a range of administration tasks as required.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous administration experience required;
- Demonstrate a "can do" attitude and provide a solution path for clients;
- Ability to effectively negotiate and resolve disputes;
- Strong ability to write and present cohesive, coherent and technically sound reports;
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills;
- Computer literate with a reasonable typing speed;
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently without supervision;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise your work
- Reliability and punctuality is a must;
- The ability to work well in a busy environment with a team focus
- Be mature and have common sense;
- Valid driver’s licence;
- Applicants must reside in Australia and have Australian work rights.
