**About the Role**

This exciting opportunity will see you coordinate the effective implementation of the Clean Energy Council’s Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and work collaboratively with the RAP Working Group and Advisory Committee to develop strategies to support reconciliation initiatives that embed cultural practices across the business. You will develop strong partnerships with diverse stakeholders, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples, Elders, Aboriginal Land Councils and Communities and be a central contact point for all RAP commitments and activities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating and planning the implementation of key actions to support the delivery of the Clean Energy Council’s Innovative RAP, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategy, Reconciliation Australia requirements and key project gateways.
- Providing advice to internal stakeholders with respect to cultural protocols and appropriate language and guiding the development of inclusive policies and practices across the organisation.
- Leading the development of a change management plan and other strategies to foster intercultural learning and inclusivity and ensure a successful RAP implementation.
- Working collaboratively with members of the RAP Working Group, Advisory Committee, and other internal stakeholders to promote and champion the RAP whilst maintaining strong partnerships with First Nations people.

**About You**

You will bring a sound understanding and awareness of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island peoples, cultures and contemporary issues and previous experience coordinating the implementation of a RAP in either a membership, not-for-profit or Indigenous organisation.

Your exceptional interpersonal skills will see you build and maintain meaningful relationships with all stakeholders and raise awareness and organisation commitment to the RAP initiatives.

Your strong project management, organisational and problem-solving skills will see you thrive in this role, as will your sound proficiency using Asana, Visio (or other Project Management software) and the Microsoft Office suite.
