Direct Distribution (DD) is accountable for a set of business-critical platforms used in the supply of Insights across Direct Distibution and adjacent business units. With a newly deployed source of truth, DD are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable individual to help take DD Analytics to the next level.

The role of the **Analytics Lead** is two-fold, to coordinate delivery of enhancements and changes that optimise our availability of data, but also be hands-on and develop data solutions for the business. As a technical team in the business, this role needs to strike the balance between speed, cost, and quality, all whilst operating within the IT standards and policies. The role will work closely with Direct Distribution stakeholders, and technical resources in DET and Transformation & Technology, working though prioritisation of work, leading solution design of data pipelines, troubleshooting and remediation activities, and enhancement proposals for existing systems.

**Key Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Lead activities related to the data modelling, policies, and standards that govern our available data - the collection of data, storage, transformation, and use
- Capture, prioritise and present development program of work to stakeholders (both technical and non-technical)
- Triage incoming work and manage cadence of work performed by the technical team to ensure appropriate resource allocation and on-time delivery
- Support deployment and testing frameworks in-line with group governance policies and procedures. i.e., LGF, CAB etc
- Technical and support documentation (including technical specification, support manual and change management).

**Skills & Experience**:

- Business Systems Analysis
- Delivery lead/Scrum Master experience in working in large complex organisation
- Program of Work management
- Currently working in a complex enterprise scale data environment. Ideally banking or insurance
- Experience working with complex telephony and call centre data included voice and text transcripts ideal
- Full Lifecycle solution delivery, from concept, prototyping all the way through to production experience.
