**About The Role**
Reporting to the Business Partner for Technology and Betting, Product and Data (BPD), you will be a key member of a high profiled function with a business wide mandate and strong support from Flutter. This role makes a significant contribution towards executing Sportsbet’s risk management and compliance strategy and operating model. You will partner closely with our Technology team to help identify and manage risks, and compliance activities, as well as conducting assurance activities to monitor the effectiveness of key controls. This role also supports Line 2 accountabilities across key projects and initiatives within Sportsbet’s Technology portfolio, which may include deployment of new processes, products, and technologies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with all risk management activities; including identification of risks and controls.
- Conducting line 2 assurance across risk controls and support internal and external audit activities.
- Identify and assess delivered risks from changes to technology, products, processes, and the organisation
- Assessment of compliance with applicable regulatory obligations relating to the use of technology services and third parties
- Delivery of risk and control enablement initiatives to achieve better risk outcomes
- Management of the incident & issue framework, including incident and breach reporting; and track identified control improvements and actions to ensure they are implemented
Please note, this is as 12 month maternity leave cover.
