The opportunity

An exciting opportunity for a Regulatory Change Product Lead, reporting to the Product Governance Manager. In this role you will work within a project team environment being responsible for leading regulatory change implementation and delivery. You will work with key stakeholders across the business to provide guidance and effective challenge on key regulatory changes as well as end-to-end project management of the content writing, review and approvals and status reporting. This role will offer you the opportunity to expand your experience in product compliance, governance and insurance product management as well as use and build project management skills in an agile & collaborative project team environment.

Your new role- Lead documentation solution implementation that complies with the design solution requirements-
- Monitor and report on progress of key milestones, priorities and risks

About you- Strong understanding of Australian general insurance retail products- Recent experience working in a compliance or regulatory role is desirable but not essential- Understanding of Australian regulatory framework as it applies to general insurance- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skillset within a professional environment- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders- Ability to drive behavioural and mindset changes with key stakeholders- Strong customer focus with a passion for customer led solutions- Developed or developing project management skills- Ability to draft and produce business documentations and reports with attention to detail- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team- Ability to embrace continual improvement and new ways of working to achieve superior outcomes
