Create impact as a** Regulatory Change Specialist**

**YOUR ROLE**

Step into this specialist role and support the development, embedment, and continuous improvement of the processes for managing IAG’s regulatory change.

You will review and challenge the implementation of regulatory change and provide strategic insights on the impact of regulatory changes to our board committees, GLT (Group leadership team) and in regulatory forums.

To be successful in this role, you have previous experience in project management, regulatory change management, legal, audit, compliance and/or risk management role with ability to engage and influence stakeholders.

This is a permanent role and can be based in any major Australian city.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Proven change management skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders to take the necessary course of action.
- Ability to actively keep abreast of changes in external environment and translate then into internal environment and identify potential issues.
- Ability to prepare papers for senior management.
- Ability to work collaboratively across whole of function and broader group to reach common approach.
- Broad understanding of core industry legislation.
- Highly organised, with high attention to detail and forward planning.
- Able to work autonomously across a variety of duties.
- Ability to condense complex data points, themes, and trends into simple and focussed advice.
- Sound communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Undergraduate degree and/or relevant ANZIIF (or similar) accreditation.
- Tertiary qualification/s in business, projects or legal plus 5+ years relevant business experience.
