Kinetic IT are currently looking for a dynamic team player to play a vital role in supporting our Security Operations Centre (SOC).

**If you were here yesterday, these are some of the things you would be involved in**:
You will support a range of initiatives across Operations, Finance and Business Administration as well as working with multiple stakeholders to deliver outcomes in a timely and efficient manner.
- Managing daily administrative functions of projects within the SOC including onboarding and offboarding of new clients and log sources.
- Managing the development pipeline for ServiceNow, Analytics to support CSI and engaging with teams to coordinate work streams.
- Collecting and analysing project data and reporting on outcomes.
- Coordinating and administering meetings, including issuing of minutes.
- Processing invoices and purchase orders.
- Managing project documentation and contracts, raising issues and implementing changes to contracts.
- Providing daily support to the finance, contract and operations team as directed by management.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong Administration, reporting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
- Experience with Financial Systems (Unit4 preferred)
- Ability to hold and maintain AGSVA Clearance
