Quattro Project Engineering is a successful and innovative WA based Engineering and Construction Services Company servicing the Resources and Civil Sectors for over 10 years.

As a result of continuous company growth, we have a newly created role for an SEQT Administrator to join our team based in our Perth Head Office.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing and growing team to step into the next phase of your career.

• Support SEQT Team and Sites by running KPI reports, safety observations reports and administrative activities
• Collect, process and collate data to update the safety database
• Support the site training function with training needs analysis
• Document and policy drafting
• Data entry and maintenance for SEQT Systems
• General administrative duties and ad hoc tasks required by SEQT Manager

• Previous administration experience preferred
• Strong ability to work within a team environment as well as independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience and knowledge of INX Safety and Procore databases
• Competent with the Microsoft Office suite
• Interpersonal skills to enable relationships with peers and colleagues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
