**Position Description**

The Primary purpose of this position is to assist in maintaining appropriate stock levels of consumables and maintenance spare parts. The position also has responsibility to assist tracking and maintaining the control of costs and spending when considering risk and legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with suppliers to communicate face to face with factory staff to improve the efficiency of equipment / consumables being used
- Assist with the rolling Stocktake
- Ensure stock ordering is completed to allow for appropriate quantities based on predicted use
- Assist internal stakeholder training on EBD and Mex ordering systems or similar CMMS
- Assist in implementing improvements utilizing Volvo Production System tools
- Perform stock take of critical items per checklist
- Secure deliveries of goods across Volvo site and distribute accordingly e.g staff uniforms (sign off manifest orders)
- Other relevant duties as instructed by Maintenance Manager and/ or Site Management.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Qualifications & Experience_
- 2 years experience in Warehousing
- 2 years experience in Plant Maintenance environment
