**Job Opportunity**
Working closely with Sales Representatives, you will provide administrative support and deliver customer service which includes responding to any inquiries and conducting data entry to ensure any sales appointments, follow-ups, project updates, pricing, and sales are followed through.
This role will be required to work on Saturdays with the occasional Sunday to support operational needs and provide office coverage.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Acting as the main interface between the clients and the organisation to provide customer service.
- Collects information from potential purchasers and reports on weekly site-based traffic and sales numbers.
- Responsible for ensuring the sales office/s are presentable including maintaining stock of any brochures, price lists, stickers, and any signage or document packs required.
- Coordinating, conducting and participating in Sales promotions, campaigns, events, and displays.
**About You**
- Some experience providing either general administration, customer service, or sales support.
- Ability to work as part of a team by building and maintaining effective collaborative relationships.
- Ability to manage your time and work self-directed, respond to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Be able to gain a sound knowledge of the market and projects.
- Be competent in the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
