AJE ATHLETICA is looking for a Production Coordinator to join our Team. This role will be responsible for administering and facilitating the production and manufacturing of Aje Athletica products across all categories, ensuring Aje Atheltica standards are maintained and delivered through product quality, price architecture and manufacturing processes.

As the AJE ATHLETICA Product Coordinator, your tasks will include:
Critical Path
- Work closely with Head of Production to ensure seasonal timelines are maintained according to company wide critical path, while seamlessly working on seasons at one time.
- Responsible alongside the Head of Production and Design Operations for the entire production schedule of delivering seasonal and monthly, orders on time without any delay according to Aje Athletica Critical path.
- Ensuring all risk where a delay to production delivered to retail is mitigated and reduced.
- Attend, and document handover of new season from design to production.
- Request, track and update Garment Technicians of Pre-Production and Shipment Samples in line with critical path key dates

Garment Tech and Product
- Manage and approve all Production fabrics, linings, and trims against set standards from design.
- Creation and maintenance of library for production bulk fabrics of core or key repeat styles.
- Track the receipt and approval of pre-production and shipment samples within the appropriate timeframe, having distributed to garment tech team for processing.
- Work closely with design, buying and merchandising team to ensure quality products are delivered in line with the company expectations and parameters.
- Request and track and monitor Pre-Production and Shipment Sample in line with critical path - key dates.
- Ensure Pre-Production and Shipment sample comments are processed within acceptable timeframe
- Track Receipt and Approval of pre-production and shipment samples. Distribute to relevant tech team member for processing
- Support all suppliers and the wider team to solve specific make, fabrication, or construction queries.
- Manage and resolve any quality issues and faulty garments to ensure delays are kept to a minimum.
- Improve manufacturing problems with all suppliers seasonally.
- Assess any consumer and wholesale returns and ensure any recurring issues are addressed
- Liaise with Logistics on goods handed over to Freight Forwarder for movement to selected warehouse.
- Review and check all packing list against purchase orders raised. Highlight any differences which may affect retail or wholesale accounts

Garment Care
- Generate and review accurate Care label data to all suppliers against all purchase orders in conjunction with garment tech team and Design teams.
- Generate Care label data for Online customer use.
- Complete in-house sample or fabric testing where necessary.
- Conduct physical QC on delivered production where necessary with final report to production and logistics team.
- Manage any quality issues and faulty garments to ensure delays are kept to a minimum.
- Assess any consumer returns and ensure any recurring issues are addressed.
- Contribute to building the Aje Athletica internal handbook and Supplier manual.
- Seasonal review and update of care label manual
- Assess and process weekly customer or floor stock returns which require repairs from all Retail and Wholesale channels.

**You will bring**:

- Contemporary or luxury fashion experience is essential
- Experience working in offshore manufacturing
- Tenacious, assertive, and determined attitude with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Highly organized and numerical with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of pattern cutting, garment construction and manufacturing.
- Fabric knowledge encompassing jersey, Knit and woven from delicate to structured fabric bases.
- Experienced in working in a fast-paced environment alongside other the wider design and production teams.
- Ability to understand urgencies and work towards Critical path key dates.
