The IT Account Manager will act as the key contact point for the Pacific region (Australia and New Zealand), in the scope of IT services and performance delivery. We are looking for an individual who is comfortable working with a changing environment and a degree of ambiguity.
**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
Key Responsibilities:
- In charge of the IT customer relationship management with cluster and countries, and act as the ‘single front door’ for all things technology
- Oversees IT operations relating to asset management, inventory, end user services, IT compliances and software license compliance.
- Collaborate with extended IT team on continuous improvement of IT processes and delivery
- Prepare and manage local IT budgets
- Manage local contracts with vendors and ensure the services provided are always effective
- Broad knowledge of both technology and business operations to effectively communicate opportunities and issues across varied stakeholders
- Work closely with APAC head of departments to coordinate local IT deployments
- As and when required, source for local external vendors expertise in certain project deployments
**Are you a MATCH?**:
- MSc or BSc in IT Software or Computer Science disciplines, with at least 10 years experience across different areas in technology
- Significant experience providing IT support for a business unit across many facets of technology (e.g. network, service management, infrastructure, etc.)
- Experience in working directly with executives, senior management, and different business units
- The ability to easily develop strong, mutually beneficial stakeholder relationships
- The ability to problem solve to enable short term remediation, but also think and plan strategically for long term solutions
- Good project management experience in relation to IT Infrastructure
