**The world needs more Intrepid people**:
As Intrepid continues to invest in our people, with that comes the need to invest in our technology - That is where you come in. Due to a recent internal promotion, we now have a position available for a People Systems Specialist, to join our team.

Whilst primarily a systems focused role, this will sit amongst the Global People Team, where you champion the ongoing delivery of people system optimizations and enhancements, working closely with our implementation and system providers (SAP & Culture Amp), and our Technology Services Team.

You will also look after the people reporting, people analytics and coordinating the delivery of special projects that may require data analysis of things such as the Global Remuneration reviews, supporting Learning and Development initiatives as well as our Purpose and B Corp projects.

**Some of the experience you’ll bring will include**:

- Experience in project delivery essential and experience working within an Agile methodology preferred
- Experience in reporting and data analysis, including proficiency working with Power BI would be beneficial.
- System configuration background with SuccessFactors preferred.
- Ability to translate complex system issues to non-systems minded individuals.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and influence others through upskilling.
- Excellent planning, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage various projects simultaneously
- Strong proficiency working with MS Office, particularly Advanced MS Excel skills
- Experience in multi-national, diverse matrix organizations would be beneficial

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
