This might be the role for you This is an opportunity to join the heart of our business managing the end to end Production Operators (Electronic Assemblers) recruitment process.

In this role you will work with our Manufacturing Managers and Production Trainers to meet a broad range of business objectives and help deliver on their strategic and transactional hiring objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our mission of helping people hear and be heard around the world.

Responsibilities will include:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle of the Electronic Assemblers team. This is high volume recruitment of a specialised role which requires you to be highly responsive with strong attention to detail. You will become a true owner of bringing this latent into the business.

As we grow our operations, we are looking for people who share our passion for delivering quality hearing solutions to our customers. To add value to Cochlear in this role, you'll be able to demonstrate the following essential skills and experience:

- Recruitment experience either in agency or inhouse, in a high-volume environment
- Experience with running assessment centres
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and influencing skills
- Demonstrated ability manage complex, time-dependent deliverables and working within a fast-paced environment whilst balancing competing interests
- Experience with running recruitment events is ideal
