**Retail Business Manager | Mercedes-Benz Sydney**

We are currently seeking a driven & motivated Retail Business Manager to join our high-performing finance team

You will build strong relationships with our customers, as well as be hands-on and able to fit into a team of positive, motivated and friendly professionals who all contribute to the high-performing culture of our business.

**Competitive remuneration package + Super + UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS + Company Vehicle (OTE $180K-$200K+)**

The Role
- Sale of Mercedes-Benz Finance, Insurance and Car Care products
- Early involvement with our customers, offering preferential finance solutions
- Record all customer interaction data within the lead management system
- Strict adherence to all regulatory compliance measures
- Achieve or exceed agreed sales targets/penetration rates

About you:

- A minimum of 2 years dealership experience selling Finance & Insurance
- Willing to learn & grow within the organisation
- Goal-focused & unwavering attitude toward success
- Able to work within a tight-knit sales team
- Currently holding an NSW driver's licence
