Employee Engagement
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing management team and employees, ensuring all positions are filled in a timely manner.
- Support and implement training programs, providing ongoing feedback to drive results.
- Identify high-potential talent and succession plan for future business needs.
- Ensure all employees adhere to Tesla's policies and procedures.
Brand Standards
Ensure store facilities and showrooms meet brand standards, controlling expenses to reduce costs and maintain a positive brand image.
- Implement and maintain brand standards, ensuring all employees align with Tesla's Dress Code and Grooming Guidelines.
Requirements
Bring a strong track record of sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sustainable energy to drive business success at Tesla.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of applicable experience in sales leadership.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects, work evenings and weekends, and maintain a valid driver's license.
