- Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for the optimisation of current manufacturing process whilst building increased capability.
- Key responsibilities will include:

- Co-ordination and management of maintenance to ensure production supply, efficiency and continuity
- Oversee Warehouse, transport and inventory management
- Budget and cost management
- Change management and Continuous Improvement
- Product Safety, Quality, Environment, Health & Safety standards compliance
- Engaging, coaching and developing site team members
- Investigate production and quality related issues
- Manage NPD trials and formulations
- Vendor Management
- Manage technology transfer of new products
- Work with key stakeholders to understand areas of improvement to develop projects and improve production efficiencies.
- Ensuring safety and compliance of the production facility.
- Train, mentor, and coach production staff to develop their skills, capabilities, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage manufacturing employees in achieving business targets and goals.
- Monitor production metrics and KPIs, analysing data to identify trends, address deficiencies, and drive performance improvements for cost, utilisation, throughput and waste.
- To be successful in acquiring this role you need the following skills and experience:

- Relevant qualifications
- Strong project management experience
- Experience gained working in a pharmaceutical environment
