**About the Role
Reporting into the Digital Trading Planning, Range & Space Chapter, you will be responsible for developing and driving catchment-first, curated ranges, and space (Macro/Micro) strategies for our eCom fulfillment store network (CFC network) to ensure a convenient shopping experience that drives sustainable sales growth and profit in line with the schedules.

You will be a part of the broader Commercial Practice and will support, engage, and partner cross-functionally across WooliesX and the wider Woolworths Group.

In this role, you will partner with a wider WooliesX team, eCom Fulfilment store teams, Woolworths Group (Supermarkets, Metro and Support Functions, external suppliers, and partner agency Quantium.

**Key Responsibilities, but not limited to**:

- Identify and prioritise opportunities that enable smart growth that is delivered through our Range and Space activities
- Manage and Track Ranging and Planogram compliance across the eCom store network
- Champion and embed merchandising guidelines that improve stock availability and improve ease of picking/pick time
- Continuous improvement of our Range Visibility across the CFCs to take smart growth action
- Partner with Digital Merchandising to develop the Online-Only range strategy for the eCommerce fulfillment store network based on catchment-zone customer requirements for our B2C and B2B business units
- Build relationships and networks to generate understanding, support and excitement for driving growth and influencing the best outcomes across the CFCs
- Support and work cross-functionally in line with our Agile Structure
- Support the Chapter Lead to develop and provide on-the-job coaching for all Digital Range & Space Specialists

**About You
With a passion for online retail, eCommerce, or technology, you will bring:

- 5yrs+ cross-functional buying/trading & merchandising experience (FMCG, Retailer or Supplier);
- Deep understanding of Range & Assortment, Category Management and Space (Micro/Macro) Management principles, activation, retail operations, eCommerce and convenience propositions is an advantage
- Proven experience managing & delivering multiple projects, resources, deadlines and stakeholders in a methodical, highly numerical & disciplined manner
- Ability to maintain calm under pressure and have the ability to challenge the status quo and existing assumptions in order to promote innovative thinking and new solutions
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify gaps and convert these into opportunities and use commercial acumen to drive smart growth decisions.
- Track record of managing and delivering change as well as results
- Demonstrated ability to influence, establish and maintain strong relationships.

We work in a GCP environment & deploy Blue Yonder space planning software.
